MBA Test Drive – Try True MBA

The International Business Institute Business School continues to introduce potential clients to teachers in MBA programs at this institution. A workshop on leadership and its various facets will be held on 21 February as part of such preparatory work.

During the event, participants will receive answers to questions about what is charismatic and situational leadership, whether charisma can be developed and how to do it right, how to achieve goals in doing business with people in today’s complex environment. The prospects for 2020 will also be discussed: what to be prepared for, what key knowledge and skills will be needed to be successful in the future.
